Malignant resistance program & T cell exclusion
7,186 cells from 31 tumours (GSE115978). With tumours rather than cells as replicates, only 61 of 5,384 cell-level hits hold up; EMP1 loss after treatment is the strongest signal left.

I am a pharmacist with a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Cologne, Germany, where I studied extracellular vesicles and Lyn kinase signalling in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia. My master's was on peptide-functionalised PLGA nanoparticles. I now work on single-cell and bulk transcriptomics, target prioritisation and drug repurposing in cancer, with public data and code that others can rerun.
I am also Responsible Pharmacist and Medical Affairs & Scientific Lead at a pharmaceutical company in São Paulo, and I teach in the Pharmacy programme at Afya Universidade Unigranrio.

9,145 curated molecules (AqSolDB). XGBoost reaches RMSE 0.85 on a random split but 1.23 log units on unseen scaffolds, and error grows as similarity to the training set falls.
